Students Supporting Street Kids (SSSK) is a registered charity that raises money and awareness to combat hardship and discrimination facing street children around the world. What makes SSSK different is that we distribute our funds to indigenous charities, thereby giving money to local people so that they can change their own communities for the better. Rendezvous, one of our most successful annual events, sees over 500 students inundate the bars and restaurant of Bristol for the largest blind dating night of its kind. Events such as these require a large committee and numerous volunteers, thereby providing plenty of opportunity to get involved in one of Bristol’s friendliest, most forward thinking societies. kw3382@bristol.ac.uk
